Alexander Roberts is a baker, chef and food stylist from Wilmington, North Carolina who has lived and cooked in New York City, Paris, and Cape Cod. He currently lives in Los Angeles and loves getting lost at the farmer's market, cooking for his friends and family, and spending time at the beach.
With experience as both a private chef and pastry chef, he has a flexible range of skills that can adapt to any job. He started his own small food business while living in France, and sold his homemade donuts from a tricycle in the streets of Paris. He's a passionate and resourceful chef who enjoys every part of the cooking process, from harvesting to the table.
His personal favorite foods include fried chicken, a classic egg and sides breakfast platter and of course, doughnuts. His professional cooking, however, follows the seasons and is usually based on what looks enticing at the market that day.
